Our array of services ranges from the incorporation of a local subsidiary, registration of a branch; to tax, and legal representation, as well as the outsourcing of these functions, up to back-office activities.

OUR SERVICES

We provide soft landing corporate and tax services, as a type of one stop shop for foreign investors in Mexico. This is a summary of the most common services we provide:

Corporate legal services (i.e., drafting powers of attorney, incorporation of subsidiaries, registration of branches, drafting of contracts, etc.).

Domestic and international tax services (i.e., corporate reorganizations, M&A activities, etc.).

Legal and tax representation.

Tax domicile services.

Registration with federal and local authorities (i.e., Social Security, Housing Fund, payroll taxes, importers registry, etc.).

Bookkeeping, tax compliance, Human Resources, and payroll management.

Act as liquidators in dissolution processes and assist with corporate and tax related matters.

General corporate legal services (i.e., trademark registration, registry of foreign investment etc.).

We advise in all phases of a merger or acquisition, or due diligence process, business plan design, negotiations on Mexican legal, regulatory and tax related matters, as well as foreign investment issues and authorizations. We also assist in the preparation and negotiation of corresponding agreements, to follow Mexican legal requirements; identification of business opportunities and potential Mexican partners; antitrust concerns, including advising on the activities of a Mexican corporation and periodic corporate maintenance of the acquired entities.



Effective June 1, 2020, non-resident companies that provide Digital Services (DS) must charge Value Added Tax (VAT) at 16%, if the recipient is located in Mexico, and the service is provided through applications or digital content over the internet and are “automatized”.
4AC Corporate Services may assist with the tax registration, and representation requirements; as well as tax compliance obligations, for foreign companies engaged in providing streaming, and intermediation related services to Mexican customers.
